- Upgrade to Office XP failure

When I try to upgrade to Office XP the setup program wants the following 3
files:
*\disk1\PFiles\Common\System\OLEDB\msdapm1.dll
*\disk1\PFiles\Common\MSShared\WebSrvEx\40\bin\fp4 anw1.dll
*\disk1\PFiles\Common\MSShared\WebSrvEx\40\bin\fpe xt.msg
These files do not exist on the CD.
Suggestions welcome.
