- 5.1 surround sound speakers

i recently purchased a creative 5.1 surround sound speaker system for my
computer and only the 2 front speakers work and the other 3 do not.

I have to ask...did you check your sound card properties to ensure that 5.1
is enabled and that your connections are correct.

What product are you trying to use that has 5.1 sound available, A DVD, or
HDTVprograms and does the Decoder you are using to play this souce have the
opiton for you to use 5.1 if availble and have you selected it instead if
given the choice?
