- DVD editing
- Posted by Brown on February 24th, 2006
Our non-profit organization wants to imput and edit DVDs of conference
lectures. This would be raw footage and we want to edit content , size, and
"hicups". What is the best microsoft software to do this type of editing? I
would love something as simple as Movie Maker, but it of course does not
allow for input from DVDs

You can either convert the original VOB files and use MovieMaker or use a
third party application like Cyberlink's PowerDirector (www.gocyberlink.com)
or Intervideo's WinDVD Creator (www.intervideo.com). There is no other
video editing software available from Microsoft.
