We changed our mediacenter to vista, and now when a DVD is playing in the
dvd-rom drive, the drive switches speed all the time from inaudible to full
speed, which is rather annoying. (This is not a visual effect, it is just the
sound that the drive makes while playing a movie). How to get the drive to
work inaudible only?
