I have built two media center PC's and both of them get the code:13 error
when trying to download the guide. Both are fresh installs, and they can
surf the internet with no problems. Firewall is turned off and there is no
internet security installed. I have searched the internet and see a lot of
other people with the same problem. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
