- Recording icon in System Tray

On my Vista Ultimate MCE machine when a show is recording I do not get the
red icon in the system tray that indicates a show is recording. If I remove
the regkey "iconstream" and restart the machine it comes back, but after a
while it will disappear again. Any ideas for a permanent fix?
