Are you pushing down on the "mouse" stick? It doesn't work unless depressed
at the same time you're moving it around. Sometimes in the beginning, it
takes a lot of pressure to get it active. Then it'll get better.

Hello!
Have you tried loading the keyboard drivers off of MS's site? I loaded this
update and it fixed my keyboard problems.

Thanks,

Try to use the Microsoft Media Center remote keyboard, but every keys work
except those related to the mouse and the mouse/joystick doesn't work.
Already tried to follow the setup instruction underneath the keyboard but
the mouse/joystick still doesn't work.
Any advice will be helpful!

The best way to get this working is to install UPDATE 2. Keyboard / Mouse
works 100% no problem

Hi Chris,
Yes, I did push down really hard. And the left and right mouse button on the
keyboard also doesn't work.
Is there any trick to follow the instruction underneath the keyboard?
Don't know what else I could try now.
Thanks!
