I've been using the IBM Browser successfully. Last night I found a
distressing development regarding the navigation bar internet search
button. At some point it got to where regardless of whether you chose
Netscape or Google, Netscape comes up when you click the button.
I've checked that I DO save the page before exiting preferences. I've
tried setting both ways. IUt's always Netscape.
Is there any way to get at these to fix them?

Have you tried Open into Blank Page as the start-up option?

If you didn't want to go to Chicago, why did you get on the train?

=>I don't know what that is supposed to have to do with the search button,
=>but no I hadn't. Now I have. No change. Setting Netscape gets
=>Netscape. Setting Google gets Netscape.

Oh, I see. Well, I haven't had this problem, because I don't use the search
button (I prefer bookmarks, and have used tree structures and the quirks of
sorting to bring the most usedb bookmarks to the top of the list -- takes two
clicks.)
It looks like search button is _designed_ to get you to Netscape.
Bummer.

As I think I said in my first post, it was working fine before.
