OS/2 Warp New Install
Posted by Johnny Kitchens on July 9th, 2003

I finally got my OS replaced. Now I can't get passed the second floppy on
the Install of my Sony Vaio PCG-FXA59
Install boots fine with CD in CD-ROM and Install disk but hangs up once
asked for the number 1 disk.
Any ideas? fixes? etc.
What about creating an updated bootable CD-ROM?
Thanks,
_Johnny

It may be you don't have the latest HD driver , and your HD is too large. I
found that I could _install_ on a larger disk than I could _boot_ to. You can
get updated install disks from Hobbes and from IBM. You should also try
Dani's drivers, they work very well.
