Warp City HACKED
Posted by Tom Perrett on November 16th, 2004

Warp City was broken into (hacked) by an entity calling itself Tim Martin.
This hacker appears to have full access to the site, including all
information contained on the site, and leaves a calling card of "OS/2 Guy".

No one is reporting on it publicly including Warp City.

Cheers,

Tom [Tom Perrett] <tomp@st.net.au>

Tom Perrett infrared:
First question: did the victim have any enemies? Did he ever annoy
anyone?

That ought to cut the suspect list down to a few million.

Second question: could this be related to the break-in to the
eComStation site? Is anyone known to hold a grudge against eComStation?

Third question: has Tim Martin ever been known to impersonate himself?

Hah! I should get myself a job on one of those TV cop shows.

I'd like to see Tim in one of those bit parts on CSI -- the character
that you see on the pathologist's table, with his guts over there in a
dish. I understand that the players of such parts are for one-time use
only, because the producers haven't figured out a way to get the guts
back in.
