BT delay
Posted by RobS on July 22nd, 2003

Having waited 1 year to get a date for my exchange to be enabled, which was
meant to be tomorrow BT are saying that it is now delayed. Has anybody else
had delays after their exchange was meant to be upgraded, if so, how long ?

Someone else just told me their exchange had reached the threshold a few

You should see the difference in the quality of work as well, Alcatel
wins hands down even though they do the quicker job..

I spoke to BT. I'm getting from my company but they won't apply until the
web site says it's available, don't ask me why !!!

Does someone on here work for Alcatel ?

Nope the exchange manager is still dealing (twisted & sleaved isn't
really good enough for permanent wiring)

and still have yet to reach our trigger. You have been handed broadband
on a plate (OK it may be 2 weeks late or so, but you are getting it).
