From the 29th October 2004, ADSL "bulk migrations" will be allowed with or
without a change of product and speed.

At the moment, ADSL migrations are not allowed where the speed of the
service is also changing.

This only seems to apply to the following "Bulk Migrations" (basically just
for ISP's) at the moment (i.e. not yet available for end users):

IPSTREAM TO DATASTREAM
DATASTREAM TO IPSTREAM
DATASTREAM TO DATASTREAM (which is a new option)

Pricing has not changed and is still at £11+ VAT/per migration

There is no timescale indicated for when/if individual users will be able to
migrate and change speed at the same time
