Subject: BTyahoo transfer / email snafu
Would it be possible to find out how long the email transfer is going
to take - I have two accounts under my btinternet account that I am
unable to access *at all* since the "transfer". The accounts appear on
the web front end, but are completely inaccessible.
My concern is that one of the accounts is a heavy spam magnet but does
have some legitimate mail traffic - a delay of a week in accessing the
account will mean somewhere in the region of 2000 spam mails. I can
process these myself very easily and delete direct from the server,
but I can`t do that without access to the account - and this level of
spam is absolutely impossible to manage with a web based interface.
I can`t use your spam filtering as it gets it wrong too often, and as
a final comment - I am now getting several messages a day saying a
viral attachment was detected by BTyahoo but not deleted. This is just
as annoying as receiving the spam itself and just adds to the general
pollution of mailboxes.
My primary account is under xxxxxxxxxx@btinternet.com
Thanks
