I've got Zen after moving from PlusNet....
Bulldog seems cost effective and you get a phone service as well as the ADSL
all for £30 per month......
What are people's opinions on Bulldog??

my sister has got Bulldog and she hasn't had any problems at all.
I've signed up with them and due to be switched over on the 13th of Feb.

You'd have to pick some really bad ones to make Bulldog look good.

From the actual service point of view they have been fine - no probs
whatsoever.
Customer Service/ Billing/Finance is a whole new ball game, complete
shambles if anything goes wrong - been with them 7 months and yet to receive
a correct bill and/or credit for over charges. Just spent another 40mins on
the phone to them and received the same old BS about it will be sorted by
the next bill blah blah blah

Concur, I cancelled by account in August last year after being cut off for
no reason whatsoever, received 2 separate emails from Bulldog to say my
accounts cancelled,
yet they continue to bill me for a service I don't have, despite numerous
email's and calls informing them of this.
They are a complete nightmare-BE WARNED.
