Thinking of changing to Bulldog 4meg from Telewest
Cheaper and double speed
any comments, feedback, is service good?, any problems?

Erm, I dont know how good/bad NTL and Telewest are. But, In the 5 months I
have been with Bulldog - Ive had to call CS quite a few times - and 95 per
cent of the time, it is engaged - when you do get through you get cut off as
they are "too busy". And only open 9-5 Monday to Fri.

I had no joy with Bulldog and my Broadband was never activated, plus I was
unable to use my telephone for almost 4 weeks. It was a nightmare! Customer
services always engaged and they never answered my emails or faxes.
I have read good reviews about Plusnet Broadband and my ADSL 2mb uncapped
line was activated today. Very pleased with the speed and have always been
able to get through to customer services. The staff are polite and helpful.
