- Cancelling BTopenworld

If sending an e-mail to homecancel@btopenworld.com is taking too long send
an e-mail to complaints@btopenworld.com and mention OFTEL. They called me by
phone the same day I sent the e-mail and seemed to take the complaint very
seriously :-)
