- Cannot connect to BT order tracker

I am getting
Error:
The following error was encountered when attempting to run the application:
Can't find class com.bt.icm.opt.OptSummary
when I connect to the BT order tracker using link below
https://www.cs-server1.bt.com/hhway-... =YYYYYYYYYYY
where X = cusnumber Y = phonenumber
Anyone else have this or is it just me.

You could try the order tracker on 0800 800 150 though... it might be
able to tell you something.
