Recently upgraded to 2mb bband with Tiscali.
Everything has been fine at all times of the day, until about two week
ago.
I am unable to get online between about 4-6pm till 11pm ish. Contacte
Tiscali, who sent BT out.
They found a fault their side and rectified it( just reterminated th
connections at a pole).
But I still have the same problem.

Bt says line noise goes up in the evening! That could be why it's no
working, and want the ISP to turn the speed down.
I say it works fine during the day , which BT has seen. Is it a BT'
responsibility to sort out the line noise?
Or do I just have to have the speed turned down?
It's annoying because it has worked fine in the past.

exchange box and / or cabling. Sounds like the cabling is falling over
with high use, so afraid you'll have to put up with slower line speeds.

However expect zero to no help from Tiscali, I hate them... they are
