Hi all

I just got my latest phone bill and noticed that me package includes "(ADSL)
BT DataStream Office 2Mbps". Does thia mean that the connection is capable
of 2Megabit / sec and that my ISP caps it to 512. For my sins I'm with
Tiscali cos when I joined all was free (Moden Con etc) and it was cheeper
than BT.
