unfortunately energis and a number of other uk ISPs do no honour cancel
posts. I discovered this after creating a process to automatically
cancel-post all of gomeches posts last year. on the plus side, I think
google honours them, so that should remove gomeche's ramblings from their
web-searchable archives.
