Cheers.

activation was swift. Newsgroups (binaries) were pretty good & I suffered no
loss of connection during my trial...BUT

@£27.99 pm they are not the cheapest compared to alot of others e.g.
PlusNet, Pipex etc & their customer service is appalling (where it even
exists!!) & the headache when leaving is severe! I wouldn't recommend them
over PlusNet or Pipex!!

The service might be OK, but the price is high and the support is dire.
There is plenty of better and cheaper ISP's.
I would recommend PlusNet, at £18.99 (£21.99 if you need P2P and / or
binaries) they are one of the cheapest,
yet they have recently won awards for service and reliability.
If you do go with them please use my 'jerryw' id as referrer and save me few
pence, thanks.

Martin

I agree with those comments. I joined FS on a free one month trial in
September. They still haven't disconnected me. I'll enjoy the free service
until they disconnect me.
