Mail been out since last night. It's quite obvious there is no fucking
engineer working on it despite your bullshit messages, get it fixed or
we'll fuck off elsewhere to a cheaper second rate ISP who imitates a
decent Broadband service but doesn't actually provide it just like you
only much cheaper.
