Hi,
A friend of mine is looking to sign up for ADSL broadband soon and he is
after a half meg line with free activation and a free modem and no download
limits, he's looking to pay under £22 a month, any companies offering
anything that will suit his needs?

Thanks for that Sunil but I should have also mentioned that it shouldn't
have a 12 month contract as well.
