Apart from BT Business broadband, what other ISP's offer a free conversion
to ADSL form a Home Highway installation??

It's a BT Charge. Usually £50 Inc VAT (on you phonebill).
If you don't go for a managed conversion, but instead just cancel HH (after
the initial 12 months) BT will charge you the same to convert the line back
from HH to POTS anyway!

Just a £42.55 activation fee for ADSL. No fee to convert from ISDN.
