Microfilters needed on unused extensions ??

My new house has 3 telephone points of which only one will be used for ADSL
& DECT phone ... do I still need to get filters for the other 2 points even
though they won't be used ??

You only need a filter if a phone is plugged into a socket which does
not already pass through a filter...

Which basically means you can get away with just one filter if you only
intend to plug one phone in at the filter position, or if the extension
sockets are wired through that one filter.
