Miserable experience with Wanadoo. Wanadoo Broadband review UK.

I moved house at the beginning of August and am still waiting for them to
transfer my service to my new address. Yep, eight weeks. I have phoned about
6 times and each time have been told that my order hasn't gone through, it's
failed, BT is rejecting the order. The call centre seem to hire a high
percentage of staff who don't understand the difference between "old number"
and "new number". This last reason has apparently caused most of the delays.

I moved part way through their 12 month contract so thought it would make
sense to transfer the service. Wrong. I strongly advise anyone to avoid
Wanadoo. When I was up and running previously the speeds were good and I
have never had a problem. But clearly something as complex as a change of
phone number throws a spanner in the works.

The hold music they use is truly vile as well. One miserable piece of muzak
looped over and over. It's enough to make one froth at the mouth.

Avoid at all costs.

Best bet is go for another service, go though the sign up and it should go
though ok...

I recommend NDO as I've had no problems with them at all...
