I'm getting fed up with Zen screwing up my billing on a regular basis +
their service (albeit very reliable) is looking expensive compared to
alternatives.

I'm thinking of moving to ADSL24 - any comments from those already using
them?

Can't help you there but I can recommend Idnet. They're like Zen for quality of
service but their prices are slightly more competitive. On the base maxdsl
package for example they charge the same but include 5GB of downloads in place
of 2 and charge less for extra GB too.

If you want to migrate to Idnet (it doesn't hurt to try them - they have the
same one month contract) email me. With an introduction we can both benefit to
the tune of £10.

IDnet and Newnet offer more for the price or cost less for the
capacity than Zen and aren't selling 300 GB off-peak allowances that
are unsustainable if more that ~3% of users use them to the full.
