Has anyone any experience of using MYINTERNETPASS prepaid cards?
Is this company still trading?
I was at a meeting at a University recently and bought one of these from
the shop so that I could access the Internet from my room. I could not
get their system to recognise the username and password on the card. I
have sent numerous messages to the support EMail address on the card and
the support EMail address on their website but none have been either
acknowledged or answered. I am beginning to wonder whether I should
considering taking this to Trading Standards etc but wondering whether
the company is still solvent before doing this. I contacted the
University, they passed on my EMail to their shop so they could contact
MYINTERNETPASS but not heard any more so perhaps they are also having
difficulty getting a reply.

I sent a query to them today (on behalf of a friend who *is using*
their service, but cannot see usage information) so am waiting for
a response myself (but only sent mail an hour or two ago). Their
access number has changed for one of the accounts, but overall I
don't think there have been problems with their service (since my
friend has been a regular user since January when she bought a PC)
