Exactly.
ZenADSL Move - Transfer your Zen Broadband connection for FREE!
Zen Internet has launched ZenADSL Move making it easier for you to transfer
your Broadband connection when you move house or business premises.
We are offering to ease the stress of moving premises for loyal customers by
waiving the £40* activation fee normally required to set up new Zen
Broadband accounts. In addition, Zen will also manage the whole transfer
process on your behalf free of charge.
When you move premises, whether it is a home or business move, Broadband
accounts cannot be automatically transferred because they are tied to the
physical telephone line. Previously, you had to give 14 days notice to
cancel your existing account, and on moving into the new building you then
had to order a brand new Zen Broadband account and pay the standard
activation fee.

You can migrate from MaxDSL to 2MB Unlimited - quite a few new customers

looked into both, zen are FAR too expensive, 35 quid for 8meg, give me a break,
20gig limit is a farce I wont even consider that a viable option.

What's that got to do with the support being non-existent ? I've had exactly the
same problems myself btw.
They haven't a clue - honestly.
It seems he hasn't - as I don't either but we're both still having problems with
plusnet.

Hi,
If you have the Home 2000 service now and were to move house you could use
the 'ADSL Move' service we provide to move that account - and retain your
2MBit/s unlimited service.
kind regards,
