Anyone notice the slowness of access and posting times to the Eclipse News
Sever.
It was down altogether for a few hours over the weekend as well
Service Status on Eclipse site has no mention of this

Because it's not part of any package, is poorly supported, and shouldn't
really be used. Better to use something else.
