The all-filtered one is more popular, it seems; you can get it from
http://www.clarity.it - their customer service is excellent but delivery
can be a bit slow if stocks are low.

Another source is CPC (http://www.cpc.co.uk), part number TE04368. They
do have a small order charge, though...but if they have it, their 2-5
day delivery service generally manages the next day!
