Can i pay for NTL cable broadband by using postal order(post office)? I
so, how do i do that? Do i need to let dem know that i be paying by tha
proceedure

No you can't for Broadband. You can for telephone, and payment cards are
also there for telephone, however not for broadband.

You can only pay by postal order for phone bills not broadband.
