- Number of phone lines
- Posted by B.Bear on November 15th, 2003
Hi
In our house we have a home number and a work number. Her works from home.
We're hoping to get broadband in the new year. Is it possible to have two
numbers on the same connection and are there any problems in doing so?

Can you be a little more precise in what you`re trying to achieve ?
One line could be adsl enabled, and you would still be able to use that
phone line at the same time as being on the internet.
That help ?

You can.
Their used to be a home and business number going to my parents house. The
business number was ADSL enabled and I never saw any problems....apart from
some annoying old git kept unplugging the filter whenever he wanted to use
his modem, apparently it didn't work if the ADSL was connected.
