If they make it difficult for you to communicate with them you may just go
away. It's an attempt to reduce the complaints statistics. It works. I'm
so fed up trying to communicate with NTL (a communications business) that I
just can't be bothered to report a failure in the TV service. It'll come
back on eventually!

I Thought that with orange to start with. The issue reaches it pinical
when you actually are paying for services that you are not recieving
and no one is able to #A understand you
#B Cares in the slightest if you can connect or not
#C Is Capable of accepting any responsibility for their actions

On 01/11/2006, Bob Eager thought we'd be interested in the following:

You do? I'm only going to be paying the same for an 8mb line as I was
for a 2Mb from Nildram when my migration completes in a few days. And
I'm going to be using the same ISP as you (I believe)

Okay, so the peak usage is low, but we all know (when sums are done)
how much better off thereafter it is :-)
