- Orange vs TalkTalk

Sorry if this has been discussed before but.. are Orange better than
TalkTalk?
I've had some problems with TalkTalk, but after they upgraded the
line, its been a fast and reliable service, though its missing lots of
things like Newsgroup access and the ability to put incomplete
addresses in and get results.
What about Orange?

Even if your ISP offers a Newsserver, you don't have to use it.

or news.individual.net for an excellent service at 10 Eur per year.
As for the other matter, Tiscali have just started with a so-called
"enhanced DNS service". It was suggested they would take it off
if you complained. I did, got an email the next day acknowledging
that not everyone wants such a service. I would prefer the time-
honoured "404" rather than a bunch of sponsored links.
If they don't remove it soon I will use 3rd party DNS
