Started to get emails this morning saying they`ve upgraded my old BT
account to a "new" btyahoo mail account.
What this means in reality is 3 of the 4 email accounts I had are now
useless. They can`t even be accessed via their own bastardised webmail
page.
How the hell are you supposed to manage 300 spam mails per day via
webmail when you can only display 10 at a time - I get spam mail coming
in quicker than I can delete the damn stuff using their interface :-}
<rant over>
PS: No use using the email addresses below - I can`t access them anyway

Not sure if its going to give you any assistance, but a couple of BT
Yahoo customers have started written FAQs for the upgrade services.
They've been put on uk-bug.net if you need them.

Cheers - I might give it a look... just for the record, their unrequested
spam filtering had already locked out a valid email, and i`ve been mailed
at least 3 times about a virus attached to a spam mail I wasn`t going to
read anyway (mailwasher used to delete direct from the servers).
Two accounts are still unavailable, although one was accessible a single
time only this morning.
