I don`t suppose its that far off topic - security is an integral part of
internet usage, and as such, a broadband user usually has to be a little
more vigilant than most :-}
A porn dialler is typically one that forces your computer to use a dialup
connection to a premium rate number for "free porn". I know someone who`s
been stung by one of these within the last week, and claims they don`t
know how it got there :-p
A trojan horse is a program that pretends to be useful, but carries an
unwanted payload.

perhaps as good a place as any.
