PLusnet or Bulldog 2mb ?

I'm moving into a new house and it seems the fastest line I can get is 2mb, I've been looking at bulldog and plusnet, any comments? or any other ISPs I should be checking out?

BT of course! Look at this deal from them: £17.99 pm for 1Mbps with a 1 GB cap. Isn't this generous of them? Which means that in under 3 hrs, you could reach its cap, or about £6 per hour online,...
