phone line problem?

I'm no longer with BT for phone or BB - who do I report a suscpected problem
with my line to? Is it still BT or my new supplier (tiscali)?

Good luck with Tiscali, they are crap, lie to customers an don't resolve
problems. They also have hopefully sacked the incompetent engineers they
had a few weeks ago.
