Any Pipex users here, with free web space like me please? So far today
I can't get directly into any of my pages using the usual address
format that I've been using for years. And I'm unable to reach Tech
Support so far.

The standard format I use is, e.g.
http://www.terrypin.dial.pipex.com/I...dowOpener1.jpg
which normally works fine, but not today.
Yet I *can* get to that file by using the alternative address
http://dspace.dial.pipex.com/terrypi...dowOpener1.jpg

Anyone have a clue what might be causing this distinction please?

OK, sorted thanks. Pipex Tech Support eventually reported it as a
general problem, starting 5th July. Wasn't shown on network status
page, and the rep I spoke to initially knew nothing. Par for the
course, really.
