I've had ADSL with 'em for two years and few complaints. You tend to notice
a lot of noise becuase they have a lot of customers, and of course, few
people shout when things are going well. The recent mail server problems
didn't bother me too much because at least the info was reflected on the
status page. I've only had to ring support once in two years (earlier this
year) when there was a complete outage (BT's fault) and spoke to a human
within five minutes. Their news server is the only thing that pisses me
off because it's so slow, but then that's why I've always used the free
Berlin Uni feed.
I'm not tied to Pipex anymore (minimum one year contract expired over a year
ago) so I'd just leave if things were bad.

Hello again,
Are the speeds and reliablity ok with you. I have looked at adslguide.org.uk
(i think it was) and the people that entered the poll say that they were
reiaible and the speed was good.
Do you think the same?
Thanks,
Pete.
(p.s. soz about the html in the other post i got rid of it in this post.
)

My news reader is not HTML enabled. When you get it quoted back you can
see why ! Forgive me for not trimming, but it's the only way for you to
see what is produced.
You might like to start bottom posting as well, before some NetNazi comes
along and calls you a rude name ;-)
