I am currently on Managed Solo 500 and want to upgrade to 1mbit but
when I go to the upgrade page it says I will be charged the £15 + vat
which I thought had been done away with if you had been with Pipex
longer than 12 months?
If this charge is to get off the managed account am I then tied into a
new 12 month contract?.
