Well, seeing that, in my industry, next month onwards could see all but 24/7
working. Winter is, for some, the only real holiday period and for the rest
it means finding other work to cover.

But then trolls never let the facts get in the ways of their rants....

Yeah that's right. We are generally referring to open relays or mail

Hi,

Once the fair usage policy is in place, we will not hold you to your
contractual terms should you want to migrate/ cancel your account.

Funny that, elsewhere you, or one of your team, has stated that as this is
not going to be a change in the T&C that there would be no get out clause as
nothing will have changed so there would still be the penalty clause..

It's this double handed, wooly thinking & handling of the whole situation
which is what has really disturbed me, not the actual planned implimentation
of the bobble cap..

I would respectfully suggest you get your whole team into a room & thrash
out just what PN is actually going to do & then you would present a unified,
consistent view to all your customers (oh & get the bandwidth meter sorted
out ASAP so your users can actually see how much bandwidth they really use,
both up & down)

If that is true, WHY has it not been said before?

That is what all the argument about whether it is a change to the T&C
