Just requested an upgrade to 8Mbps.
How long is it likely to take before Plusnet action my request?

New provides are suppose to take 7-10 days & migrate ins take 3-10 days -

How is this a 16 day provide? It isn't a provide anyway as the customer
already has ADSL and is just wanting regrading to IPStream Max. Provides
take 5 working days, regrades take 5 working days. A modify order that
can be used to migrate a customer in or change the speed or realm of a
circuit can be done in a day. We can upgrade a customer to max within 24
hours with manual intervention.

the stuck profile, or would it re-adjust automatically
during the initial period?

It sometimes stickes on very good lines where you are close to the
exchange so if it doesn't update within 10 days then I'd suggest getting
in touch with us.
