Hey Todger fancy bumping in to you here? How's that little old pecker
hanging since you stole my ID!

I'm going to complain to Plus Net and they are going to tell me all
about you so there.

This is not to mention the problems with spam due to their email
platform being compromised or issues with synch speeds that a number
of users have experienced.

Does that mean I can download all I want as per the T&C's when I
joined Plusnet? Didn't think so, just more untruths from Plusnet, as I
said in another post Plusnet are a former shadow of what they used to
be.

When you get a chance you might want to update my ticket on the usenet
problem as one of your colleagues as promised you would. I have been
waiting 48 hours to some questions that I have asked.

I cannot help but noticed that you have posted this at 21:15 on the
3rd, it's a pity you have not updated the status on the portal, which
you stated would be updated at 10:00 on the 3rd!!!!!

The above is a good example of the current level of Plusnet support in
my experience.

NB. Bob's answer to the problem that Iwas having with synch spped, was
"its something that you have to put up with" this was despite the fact
that my synch rate had been satble for 18 months before I had problem
and I still have not achieve the synch rate I used to have.

The only reason I'm not leaving Plusnet at this moment at financial.

I fail to see where the untruths are TBH. That's not how we forecast for
additional bandwidth.

I've been restoring Usenet access for customers and responding to
tickets within 24 working hours of them being assigned to me. I'm just
about to clear them out again.

Latest Service Status is here:

Worth bearing in mind that this broke due to back-end changes Giganews
made following their acquisition of Supernews.

Pretty sure my answer won't have been as blunt as that. Feel free to
post my full response if you like?

You don't remember correctly. You moved a lot of people across to your
LLU service without any notification when they'd signed up for an
IPStream service. You instituted traffic shaping without any
notification. You booted a lot of dial up users, changed your website
to read unmetered instead of unlimited without any notification. You
only provide notification if it is in your interests. Don't come onto
this newsgroup and insult the intelligence of posters by claiming you
do everything right because you've proven time and time again you
don't.

No. Pete the troll is playing wannabe master forger again, as he did

As Pete never reads what he posts and desires only to provoke argument
it is safest to assume that anything he espouses is at least unsafe and
probably malicious.
