- Plusnet - what happens is the line fails after placing an order?

Does the order process just end if the line fails or are there any nasty
hidden charges that I would have to pay?

They take the initial fee straight away on sign-up and it's refunded when it
fails. Ocassionally you have to raise a ticket to remind them to refund it
;-)
