Quite happy here in North Hampshire - Pipex binary news servers are a bit
slow, even for non-binary groups but they have optional text-only ones
(news-text.dsl.pipex.com) which seem to be faster. On Pipex Xtreme Solo I
have a (not-very-)sticky IP which they say won't often change but seems to
surprisingly often. You can opt to have a non-stick one which will change
every time, IIRC, or pay extra for fixed.
