1. 6km is on Trial at the moment, so you would be lucky to get on that.
2. RADSL is anything further than ~2.5k, and can only provide 512k
3. AFAIK They enable the exchange for RADSL after the first person outside
the ADSL orders it (I'm sure I can remember reading that somewhere, If you
know otherwise plz correct me)
You could always try asking BT to replace your fibre with a copper line, or
order a new line and specifically state that it is for ADSL, then when/ if
that passes cancel the old one.
