I finally got my MAC code from Cobweb after they refused to accept that the
problem with my connection was theirs.

They swore the line was fine and the problem was with my equipment.
After months of flakiness culminating with weeks of no connection whatsoever
I signed up with Zen.
Completion date was yesterday and midday the sync light on my router stopped
flashing and lit solid. I fired in my account details and have been enjoying
a perfect connection since.

Zen's email response is good, phones are answered quickly, they seem
knowledgable and helpful so this far in I am best pleased and thanks to
anyone who recommended them.
