UK-Bug have today been advised that BTWholesale have put blocks in
place to prevent orders to some exchanges, mainly due to insufficient
ports being available to connect subscribers.

This has been happening since virtually day 1 - years ago.

Normally this means BT run out of line cards on the DSLAM's to connect
customers to and need to schedule additional line cards to be fitted to the
DSLAM's... - usually resolved within 2/3 weeks.
